2. Tapping on the discount opens a card, which will active a unique link that activates a discount or include a promo code you need to copy and insert during the checkout process on the retailer's website.

How do I get a student discount in a store?
To access local discounts on Studiz, you will need a valid Student-ID (you can read more about how to get your Student-ID here).
When you are at the store where you would like to use the discount, simply open the student-ID page in the Studiz app and select that store from the list. It will activate your Student-ID, and you just have to show it to the shop assistant. In some cases, if the shop uses QR/barcodes, it will also appear on the phone screen ready for the shop assistant to scan it.

Most online student discounts available on Studiz come with unique one-time-use discount codes. These codes are generated anew each day through Studiz whenever you require one.
This approach is implemented to assure our partnering companies that the discounts are exclusively accessed by students. It ensures fairness and prevents non-students from accessing or sharing the discounts. That's why it's essential to retrieve your discount code from Studiz whenever you intend to use a discount.

Why do I also get results from other cities outside of my location?
Our system is based on the post code you have entered in your profile. It prioritizes companies located nearest to you first.
In case that there are no companies within your city, the system may present options from nearby cities. In case you are not logged in the system will be based on the entirety of Denmark.

I was denied a discount in the store. What do I do?
All our discounts are approved by the stores. We do our best to make sure every store knows about it, but mistakes happen sometimes. If you reach out to us, we can give the store a heads-up to improve their staff training, but unfortunately we might not be able to fix your specific situation.

While we strive to provide a comprehensive list of student discounts, there may be instances where certain discounts are not available in our app.
